We at adidas.pl.ua want you to enjoy every purchase! If you are not satisfied with the product, you can return or exchange it according to our rules.

Return Policy

• Returns are available within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order.
• The product must be new, without signs of wear, in the original packaging with all tags attached.
• We do not accept damaged goods (scratches, dirt, etc.).
• Exception: Custom-made items or items with specific return conditions are not eligible for return.

Terms of exchange

• Exchange is possible within 14 days from the date of receipt.
• The product must be in perfect condition, without damage.
• Exchange is available for goods only.

How to return or exchange an item

1. Write or call our support service (contacts on the website).
2. Once agreed, we will provide the shipping address.
3. Shipping costs are paid by the buyer except in cases of defects or errors in the order.

Refund

• We will refund the money within 7 working days after checking the goods.
• The funds will be credited to the same account from which the payment was made.
• Condition: the product is not damaged and meets the return requirements.

Items that cannot be returned or exchanged

• Damaged goods without tags or with damaged packaging.
• Shoes that have been worn or have lost their marketable appearance.

We may update the rules without notice. Changes are valid from the moment of publication on the site.
