User Agreement for the online store adidas.pl.ua

This Agreement is concluded between you (hereinafter referred to as the "User") and the online store adidas.pl.ua (hereinafter referred to as the "Store"). By using the site or purchasing goods, you agree to these terms.

Delivery of goods

5.1. The terms and cost of delivery are indicated on the website.
5.2 You are responsible for the correctness of the delivery address.
5.3. Check the goods upon receipt. In case of problems, contact support.

User rights and obligations

6.2. You are obliged to: provide truthful information, pay for orders, and comply with the laws of Ukraine.

Rights and obligations of the store

7.1. The store may: cancel orders for violation of the Agreement, change the terms, limit the quantity of goods.
7.2. The store is obliged to: process orders, deliver goods, ensure returns/exchanges.

Confidentiality

8.1 Your data is protected and is used only for orders.
8.2 Transfer to third parties – for delivery only.

Responsibility

9.1 The Store is not liable for damages due to violations of the Agreement or technical failures.
9.2 You are responsible for the accuracy of the data.

Final Provisions

10.1 The Agreement shall be effective from the moment of its acceptance by you.
10.2. Disputes are resolved through negotiations or in accordance with the laws of Ukraine.
